Always CALL JUST before coming down to the office to make sure there are no changes to the office hours for that day. ie at 11:30am give a quick call before coming in and just listen to the voice message as we never answer the phone. If it says we are open then we are here!

When you come into the office please bring with you 5 laser copied photos of yourself (8 x 10) in size, with one original that you can leave with us.
If you do not have professional shots, simply bring in a photo of yourself that you think is appropriate, and please try and have your photos copied for our files in advance.
It is standard in the industry for non union talent to pay a registration fee. Our fee is $100.00 plus hst ($113.00). This is a yearly, non refundable fee and is required upfront at the time of registration. (NO credit cards, NO debit )
